In brief
Tiffany runs its global store construction program on Oracle Unifier. From 2016 to 2021 I ran it day to day: purchase orders, change orders and invoice approvals tied into payments. I left in 2022. In 2024 they called me back.
Then: 2016 to 2021
I ran day-to-day Unifier admin and set priorities for our outside developers.
I built the purchase order, change order and invoice approval workflows and tied them into payments.
I designed how construction would run across Coupa and Unifier, and brought two integrations live with our implementation partners. I wrote the functional specs for the purchase order and invoice work.
I built two live SQL dashboards, one for project teams and one for project financials.
I ran the training and wrote the documentation for project teams in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
I rolled DocuSign out company wide, got it approved by Internal Audit and IT, and connected it to Azure SSO and MFA.
Now: June 2024 to today
I’m leading the application side of the Unifier SSO migration with Tiffany’s identity and development teams: mapping users, setting access, testing, and handing it off to operations.
I co-led the redesign of the capital approval workflow with a developer and management, from requirements through configuration, testing and go-live.

Why it matters
It’s one platform for every region, so every change I make lands on project teams around the world.
Bottom line
I know this platform from the admin console up, and I know the accounting behind it.
