Brad Dworkin

My career began in finance and operations, working with the records and processes businesses rely on. At Tiffany & Co., that developed into business systems and global store operations work, followed by a formal Product Manager role in Global Procurement in May 2021. I managed three direct reports and held product responsibility for procurement technology supporting approximately $1B in annual spend and 2,000+ users.

At Obsess, from May 2022 to January 2024, I brought that systems experience into customer-facing commerce. I translated buyer research into shopping requirements, defined commerce integration behavior, and led analytics product work through testing, initial rollout, and handoff.

Through House of Brilliance, my independent consulting company, I now combine product consulting with hands-on, AI-assisted development. For Atmos Rewards, I designed and built the mobile platform for guest passes, check-in, tiered access, and staff operations, and supported its use across five World Cup watch parties in Seattle. Creative, production, and venue work belonged to the wider team.

I connect the customer experience to the business rules, systems, and teams that make it work—and stay involved through rollout and real use.

Leadership and working style

Make the product decision
At Obsess, I kept old and new analytics separate when the measures were not statistically equivalent. A clearer dashboard would not have fixed a misleading comparison.
Develop the team
At Tiffany, I managed three formal reports and conducted performance reviews. I coached problem solving, technical confidence, and presentations, and recommended a Senior Analyst promotion that was approved by leadership above me.
Stay through adoption
My work has included global training and documentation at Tiffany, initial internal and client rollouts for Obsess analytics, and hands-on support during the Atmos activation.
Leave a usable handoff
At Tiffany, I recorded sessions and transferred relationship and technical context when leaving. At Obsess, I handed subsequent analytics rollouts to the data team after the first internal and client deployments.
